Responsibilities

• Lead teller team and supervise branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Monitor teller differences and assist in corrective action.
• Balance cash, manage logs and reports, and support SRB goals.
• Coach staff on standards and referrals; assist with evaluations.
• Open accounts, maintain relationships, and respond to inquiries promptly.
