Great River Health Systems in West Burlington, IA, seeks a Clinical Resource Supervisor to lead telemetry nursing education and real-time coaching. This part-time role supports staff development, orientation, and performance feedback while collaborating with nursing leadership to maintain high care standards.

The ideal candidate will have an acute care background, RN licensure in Iowa, and strong teaching and organizational skills. Telemetry proficiency and EKG training are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• BSN preferred and RN licensure in Iowa required.
• Basic/advanced cardiac life support certifications expected.
• Experience as a preceptor or mentor preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend methods to meet clinical staff needs.
• Provide real-time coaching for preceptors and orientation.
• Collaborate with leaders to maintain staff knowledge and competency.
• Communicate information by phone, written, email, or in person.
• Oversee department workflow and ensure standard adherence.
• Ensure clinical assessments and documentation meet policy.
• Participate in training and orientation of new staff.
• Evaluate performance and support leadership in personnel actions.
• Instruct staff on policies, procedures, and equipment use.
