Job summary

Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced nurse leader to serve as a clinical resource across patient care units. You will collaborate with nurse leaders, medical staff and nursing teams, directing orientation, competency assessment, and ongoing clinical knowledge growth.

You will facilitate learning, ensure adherence to policies, and support unit changes with the Nurse Manager. A BSN and RN licensure are required, with ACLS for critical care areas and 3+ years of supervisory
