Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer IV – Lead to install and maintain telecom equipment across central offices, data centers and other spaces for multiple carriers. The role requires hands-on installation of racks, cabinets, fiber and copper cabling, power distribution and testing, with opportunity to guide others and interface with customers.

As a lead, you will read blueprints, ensure safety standards, coordinate with project teams, and document work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/college degree preferred.
• Minimum six years in central office equipment/data center installation.
• Familiar with AT&T/Telcordia/Verizon standards.
• Experience with fiber optic and power installation/testing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• BICSI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install/modify equipment including racks, cabinets, and cabling.
• Install data cabinets, servers, switches, routers, and related gear.
• Terminate power and fiber/copper cables with proper labeling.
• Set up PDUs and verify load balancing.
• Coordinate with customers and supervise junior installers.
• Complete daily job documentation and status reports.
