Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) to install and maintain telecom equipment for carriers across data centers and critical infrastructures. You will lead on-site tasks, coordinate with teams, ensure safety compliance, and drive high-quality installations.

The role requires 3+ years in central office or data center installs, proficiency with multiple brands, and strong communication skills. Travel and field leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in central office equipment / data center installation.
• Knowledge of AT&T, Telcordia, and Verizon Quality Standards; fiber optic and power installation/testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Install data equipment cabinets/frames, data servers, switches, routers, etc.
• Terminate and route power and fiber/copper cables with proper cable management.
• Read, analyze, and interpret specifications, drawings, blueprints and MOPs; perform testing and validation.
• Oversee less experienced installers and act as a customer contact on projects.
