Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) to install and maintain data center and carrier equipment across customer sites, including data centers, mobile switch centers, and central offices.

The role requires hands-on experience with fiber, copper, power cabling, and network hardware, plus the ability to read drawings, use power tools, and oversee junior installers while ensuring safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
• Experience with central office equipment or data center installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and service data center and telecom equipment at various sites.
• Install cabinets, servers, switches, routers, and network gear; terminate cabling.
• Route fiber optic and copper cables; manage power distribution and safety compliance.
• Perform testing and validate performance of hardware and software.
• Oversee less-experienced installers and coordinate with customers and supervisors.
• Complete job paperwork and maintain project documentation.
