Job summary

Circet USA in the United States is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) to install and maintain telecom equipment for multiple carriers, including fiber, transport gear, and data centers. This senior role leads on-site teams and interfaces with customers to ensure project progress and quality.

You will read blueprints, set up PDUs, test systems, and oversee safety compliance while coordinating with engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience or equivalent technical skills in central office equipment / data center installation.
• Knowledge of AT&T, Telcordia, and Verizon Quality Standards.
• Experience with telecommunications equipment including Dell, HP, Arista, Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Calix, Adtran, Nortel, Nokia.
• Background in fiber optic cable and AC/DC power installation and testing practices.
• Proficient use of Microsoft programs, IOS and/or Android applications.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Physically install and modify equipment in telecom spaces.
• Install data cabinets, servers, switches, routers, and other devices.
• Route and terminate fiber and copper cables with proper management.
• Set up PDUs and ensure power redundancy and load balancing.
• Test and validate hardware and software performance.
• Read blueprints and MOPs and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee junior installers and coordinate with customers and supervisors.
