Job summary

Circet USA is seeking a Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) to install and maintain telecommunication equipment for multiple carriers, including fiber, transport equipment, and data centers. This senior role leads installation teams on central office and enterprise spaces.

You will plan, install, test, and document hardware, fiber and power cabling, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of central office equipment/data center installation experience.
• Knowledge of AT&T, Telcordia and/or Verizon quality standards.
• Experience with telecommunications equipment and cabling practices.
• Background in fiber optic cable and AC/DC power installation/testing.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify equipment including data cabinets/servers, switches, routers, and related hardware.
• Terminate and route power and fiber/copper cables with proper cable management.
• Set up PDUs and ensure redundancy and load balancing.
• Test hardware performance and document results; coordinate with customers and teams.
• Oversee less experienced installers and communicate project status to customers.
