Zachary Piper Solutions in McCarran, NV seeks a Superintendent - Low Voltage / Structured Cabling to lead large telecom and cabling projects. You will oversee planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and customer turnover while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and project profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership within telecom/low voltage environments, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in telecom, low voltage, structured cabling, or construction environments.
• 3+ years as a Lead Communications Technician, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage systems, or related construction disciplines.
• Experience managing projects from scope development to customer turnover.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management knowledge.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale structured cabling, low voltage, and telecom projects from planning through turnover.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and resources for project success.
• Monitor project profitability, labor utilization, and operational performance.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and customer requirements.
• Oversee project documentation including work orders, changes, and closeout packages.
• Review costs, purchasing, inventory, and reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery and efficiency.
• Serve as primary operational contact for customers throughout the project.
