Next Level Technician in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Low Voltage Superintendent to manage field operations for commercial telecom and structured cabling projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom/low-voltage construction, 2+ years supervising crews, and OSHA 30 certification. Proficiency with fiber testing and reporting tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, fiber optics, or commercial low-voltage construction.
• 2+ years supervising field crews on commercial construction or telecommunications projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Familiarity with fiber configurations and testing equipment like OTDRs.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial telecommunications and low-voltage projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and conformance to specifications.
• Lead and coordinate field crews to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and sequencing of critical activities.
• Oversee fiber optic installation, fusion splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead installation of structured cabling, fiber backbones, pathways, and grounding.
