Job summary

Next Level Technician in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, lead crews, and ensure safe, efficient installations of structured cabling and fiber infrastructure. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of telecom/low-voltage experience.
• 2+ years supervising field crews.
• Proficiency with fusion splicing and fiber testing.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial telecommunications and low-voltage construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate field crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage daily manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and sequencing of critical activities.
• Oversee fiber optic installation, fusion splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades for proper sequencing.
• Conduct daily field briefings covering safety, logistics, and progress.
• Monitor QA/QC and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list resolution, and project closeout.
