Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Lead Communications Technician to coordinate and supervise data installation projects on-site in McCarran, Nevada. This role leads field teams, manages schedules, communicates with customers, and ensures safety, quality, and adherence to budgets on voice and data infrastructure deployments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong problem-solving and project management skills, and a readiness to travel within the branch territory as required.

• Must be able to distinguish colors, read fine print, and recognize important audible signals.
• Ability to use a punch tool with 110 block and 66 block blade, 6/8 position combo crimp tool, Krone/3M/BIX, butt set, volt-ohmmeter, 4-pair continuity tester, and 5-gang punch tool.

Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Lead Communications Technician to coordinate and supervise data installation projects. This is a 100% on-site position located in McCarran, Nevada. This role will deal with implementation and maintenance of defense systems.The Lead Communications Technician is responsible for leading and supervising field teams on voice and data infrastructure projects. They coordinate installation activities, monitor productivity, and ensure all work meets company, customer, quality, and safety expectations.

Travel within the branch territory will be required.

Compensation for the Lead Communications Technician will include:

• $32.00 - $45.00 / hour
