Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry or related field with 5+ years of product development and Technical Service experience.
• Knowledge of food processes and ingredient functionality is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for formulation development.
• Laboratory pilot plant & bench top experience in a research setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for key accounts and support account plans.
• Engage with customers to co-create food concepts and present solutions.
• Support sales and marketing with technical leadership and category expertise.
• Drive category growth within the CET and execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with strong PM skills to meet priorities.
• Introduce innovative technologies through collaboration with teams and customers.
• Design experiments and analyze results to solve formulation challenges.
• Mentor others in ingredient functionality and application knowledge.
• Monitor market trends to inform technical strategies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate across teams.
