Job summary

bp is seeking a Senior Technologist Data Center Fluids to act as the regional contact for Castrol’sData Center cooling fluids portfolio. You will work within a distributed team, driving innovations linked to AI, digitalization and sustainability, and coordinating solutions with internal and external stakeholders.

You will oversee product formulation, technical support, project management and industry collaboration to deliver safe, reliable and efficient cooling solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Strong communication across international teams.
• Hands-on experience in data centers / IT hardware or liquid cooling is a plus.
• Experience in problem analysis, experiment design, data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects in data center fluids technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
• Develop methodologies for managing technical projects efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and supply chain for product deployment.

Education

Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical discipline
