Job summary

BP in the United States (San Jose, CA) seeks a Data Centre Liquid Cooling Engineer to join the AET team on a hybrid office/remote basis. The role focuses on executing research and development projects for data centre cooling technologies, including immersion cooling and thermal management for servers and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering / science field.
• Over 3 years of professional engineering experience.
• Data centre liquid cooling domain expertise.
• Self-starter with ability to work with some supervision on R&D testing projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute research and development testing projects in the department.
• Domain specialization in data centre liquid cooling.
• Design of Experiment (DoE) using statistical techniques.
• Data analysis and technical reporting.
• Engineering support for the design, installation and operation of test equipment.
• Maintain regular project status updates per AET policies.
• Maintain networks with key internal collaborators.
• Act as a visible role model, upholding HSSEQ standards.
