About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Tech to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Louisville. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring quality and timely completion, and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate daily activities of the carpet cleaning and restoration teams, ensuring efficient project completion.
2. Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
3. Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to provide updates and resolve any issues.
5. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
6. Act as the point of contact between field teams and the Operations Manager, providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges.
7. Perform hands-on fieldwork, assisting with carpet cleaning and restoration jobs as needed to ensure quality and smooth operations.
8. Conduct on-site training for team members, focusing on techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment use.
9. Inspect completed projects to ensure adherence to IICRC standards, company protocols, and client expectations.
10. Ensure team compliance with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and company standards, and maintain proper safety documentation.
11. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
12. Assist management in managing schedules, tracking inventory, and maintaining equipment in good working order.
13. Complete and oversee job-related documentation, including work orders, client records, and project notes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in restoration or related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Certifications in restoration and water damage mitigation (IICRC, WRT, ASD) a plus.
