1. Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
2. Supervise and manage onsite workforce.

4. Coordinate, schedule, and monitor project timelines.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
6. Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions.

Requirements and Skills

1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
2. Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry.
3. Solid employment history.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Technical skills and ability to use construction management software and tools.
