You will troubleshoot complex issues, train junior staff, assign work, and report to the Operations Supervisor. This role requires English proficiency, five years of mechanical experience, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of mechanical experience.
• Must be able to read and write proficiently in English.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors junior technicians, assigns daily tasks, and manages performance.
• Performs complex troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance on specialized equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations, inspects completed work, and maintains documentation.
• Identifies and resolves technical issues, reducing down time.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
