Job summary

Bright Brothers of South Charlotte is seeking a Lead Technician to take charge of daily job-site operations in exterior cleaning and holiday lighting installations. You will be the main on-site contact for customers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards on every project.

The role requires leadership, physical stamina for outdoor work, and the ability to guide a team while delivering top-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Experience using exterior cleaning equipment (training provided).
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Safely load/unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform soft washing and holiday lighting installations per standards and timelines.
• Protect client property by moving items, covering surfaces, and safeguarding landscaping.
• Conduct minor equipment repairs and ensure vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
• Document progress with photos, update CRM records, and manage invoicing.
