Bright Brothers of Space City is seeking an Assistant Technician to support field teams in exterior cleaning and holiday lighting installations. This hands-on, outdoor role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided).
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Insurable under the Company's commercial auto policy at standard rates (without surcharge).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment
