Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Rockwall, TX is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team and help build something incredible from the ground up. If you have 1–3 years in carpet cleaning or water restoration, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration is required.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on physical work and able to learn quickly.
• Eager to grow, take ownership, and lead by example; IICRC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example

What You’ll Do:
