Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a motivated Lead Technician with 1–3 years of carpet cleaning or water restoration to join our growing team.

You will perform expert-level cleaning and restoration, communicate with customers, complete logs, maintain equipment, and have opportunities to advance as the company expands.

Formación

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example

• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
