Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to deliver expert carpet cleaning and water restoration services. You’ll work directly with customers, document work orders, and maintain equipment while leading by example in a growing team.

Requirements include 1–3 years in carpet cleaning or water restoration, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and grow. IICRC certs are a plus; driving may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
