Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Concord, NC is looking for a Lead Technician with 1–3 years experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration to join our growing team.

You will perform expert cleaning, interact with customers, document work orders, care for equipment, and may lead by example while cross-training in related services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Remain open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
