Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Seattle, WA, is seeking a motivated Lead Technician with 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience to join our expanding team.

You'll perform expert cleaning and restoration work, communicate professionally with customers, complete reports, maintain equipment, and be ready to lead by example as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physically capable for hands-on work.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Be open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
