Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Lebanon is seeking a motivated Lead Technician with 1–3 years in carpet cleaning and water restoration to join a growing team.

You will perform expert cleaning, document work orders, maintain equipment, and communicate clearly with customers while staying open to cross-training in mold, fire, and odor services. This role offers training, certifications, and opportunity to lead by example as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example.
