Job summary

Shellback Semiconductor Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead Technician for the second shift (3:00 pm to 1:00 am) to provide technical leadership, coordinate department duties, and mentor associates in manufacturing best practices.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical understanding, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to review drawings, support tool installations, and maintain quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Education / Technical: Associates Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical technology preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 3+ years as Assembly Technician - Level 3 or equivalent in assembly roles.
• Travel: Limited.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination within department to service customers and drive quality operations.
• Mentor and train associates in best work practices.
• Ensure material flow and equipment readiness to support production.
