Shellback Semiconductor Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead Technician for the second shift (3:00 pm to 1:00 am) to provide technical leadership, coordinate department duties, and mentor associates in manufacturing best practices.
The role requires strong electrical and mechanical understanding, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to review drawings, support tool installations, and maintain quality and schedule adherence.
The Lead Technicians' purpose is to provide technical expertise, leadership, and coordination within their department to effectively service customers, facilitate productive quality operations, and develop associate's skills. The Lead Technician is responsible for performing their core job responsibilities plus leading others in their related tasks and responsibilities. The Lead Technician is a key contributor in determining and continuously improving processes and procedures promoting safety, customer service, quality, and productivity. Lead Technicians help coordinate and facilitate their departments' work and coordinate workflow with their supervisor. The Lead Technician Reports to the Production Supervisor.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of all areas of responsibility. He or she must be organized, articulate, forthright, work well under pressure and have a positive communications style. The jobholder will be required to ensure quality workmanship and promote professional behavior.
Education / Technical: Associates Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical technology preferred, but not required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assembly Technician - Level 3 (Shellback Semiconductor Technologies) or equivalent experience from another assembly position.
