Job summary

Bright Brothers of South Charlotte is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee daily on-site operations for exterior cleaning and holiday lighting. As the main point of contact for customers, you will ensure safe, efficient and high-quality work completed to company standards.

You will load/unload materials, supervise crew, perform soft washing and lighting installations, and maintain equipment while upholding safety protocols and documentation in the CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Experience with exterior cleaning equipment preferred; training provided.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and resolve issues.
• Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform soft washing and holiday lighting installations per standards.
• Protect property by moving items and safeguarding landscaping.
• Maintain and repair equipment and ensure regular vehicle upkeep.
• Document progress with before/after photos and manage records.

• Protect customer property by moving items, covering surfaces, and safeguarding landscaping
• Conduct minor equipment repairs and ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of work vehicles
• Document job progress with before/after photos, update records in the CRM system, and manage invoicing/payment collection
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety protocols and foster a safe work environment
