Job summary

Security 101 is seeking a Lead Commercial Security Technician in Boston with 5+ years installing and programming access control, IP video, and intrusion systems. You will lead projects, install and test enterprise security solutions, and ensure top-quality customer service.

You must hold a Mass D license, have strong networking knowledge, and be able to manage teams and deadlines. We offer training and a robust benefits package, including a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Mass D license required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with access control, IP video systems and intrusion alarms.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project lead responsible for complete project management.
• Must be process oriented, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.
• Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Must possess a valid driving license and clean MVR.

Security 101 – Boston is now recruiting a Lead Commercial Security Technician that has experience installing, programming and configuring commercial electronic security systems as related to Card Access technology and video management systems with certification or high proficiency working with enterprise software.

Hourly wage varies from $40.00 to $50.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills, product knowledge and experience.
