Position Details

• Department: Electro-Mechanical
• Reports To: Production Manager
• Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager or Director of Operations and lead by example.
• Support company performance goals and train technicians.
• Ensure adherence to policies, manage workflows, and review technician quotes.
• Perform inspections, test, repair, overhaul, and troubleshoot aircraft components as needed.
• Manage test equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Communicate effectively in English and utilize basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Technician Level III or higher, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical college or military training preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and handle pressure.
