Responsibilities:
  1. Complete routine preventive maintenance on aircraft ground support equipment.
  2. Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and company-owned equipment.
  3. Diagnose engine mechanical issues and perform repairs.
  4. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic start systems using schematics.
  5. Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot powertrain management systems.
  6. Participate in ongoing training to enhance equipment knowledge and repair techniques.
  7. Meet 85% productivity expectations while working independently and adhering to safety and quality standards.
  8. Complete vehicle repair orders and documentation accurately.
  9. Communicate safety concerns and customer requests to management.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  5. Valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain and maintain an airport badge and passport.
Compensation and Benefits:

Textron offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which may include health insurance, dental, vision, mental health resources, flexible spending, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and time-off programs. The pay range for this position is $45,600 - $77,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
