Lead Technician Role Overview
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after the job.
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
- Clean and scrub tracks, screens, solar panels, and gutters.
- Conduct soft washing, high dusting, and power washing of brick, siding, and concrete.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the work van and job site.
- Take full ownership of assigned jobs, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review upcoming jobs, ensure needed materials and equipment are available.
- Send arrival alerts and communicate expectations with customers.
- Delegate tasks during jobs and provide support as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct walk-throughs with customers to review completed work.
- Handle customer payments and promote review submissions.
- Maintain job oversight, problem-solve in real-time, and represent the company professionally.
Skills and Qualifications
- No prior window cleaning experience required - hospitality background welcomed.
- Strong communication, time management, and people skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable with a team-first mentality.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and perform physical tasks consistently.
Additional Requirements
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Compensation
$20-35/per hour (hourly rate + tips + bonus based on performance)
Expected Hours: 30–40 per week
