Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead transition-in and transition-out activities for the Legacy program. You will plan, coordinate, and execute transition activities to ensure uninterrupted operations, effective knowledge transfer, staffing readiness, and risk mitigation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Willingness to work a HYBRID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
• Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.
• Must enjoy collaborating and taking client asks into account.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Transition Management Plan.
• Lead transition-in and transition-out activities per contract requirements.
• Establish transition schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding of personnel, facilities, tools, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure operational readiness prior to service assumption.
• Plan and manage knowledge transfer with stakeholders.
• Maintain transition risk and issue logs and escalate critical issues.
• Prepare transition status reports and executive briefings.
