Job summary

Inadev is seeking an experienced Transition Technical Lead to own all technical aspects of the transition-in and transition-out activities for the Legacy program. You will assess the technical environment, oversee knowledge transfer, evaluate architectures, validate readiness, and ensure a seamless transition of systems, environments, tools, and processes with minimal operational risk.

Work closely with the Program Manager, Transition Manager, Operations Manager, ISS Help Desk, and various teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a technical field.
10+ years of experience with complex federal IT systems.
5+ years in Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar roles.
Demonstrated experience leading technical transition efforts for large contracts.
Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Lead all technical transition planning, coordination, and execution.
Develop and maintain Technical Transition Plan and schedule.
Establish readiness criteria, milestones, and checkpoints.
Provide technical leadership across infrastructure, applications, databases, and support.
Serve as primary technical liaison with stakeholders and incumbent teams.
