Job summary

Körber is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs in the North American market. You will own scope, schedule, and budget across material handling, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and automation systems.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Atlanta, Irving, or Charlotte with travel up to 50%. The team collaborates with engineering, sales, finance, supply chain to deliver value and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Advanced degree or certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and MS Office suite.
• Understanding of system integration project execution and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, defining timelines and managing scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project; forecast resources and costs.
• Manage project financials including budget analysis, forecasting, and variance mitigation.
• Identify scope changes and lead customer discussions to align on adjustments.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact for communications and status reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, EHS&SA, finance, contracts and supply chain.
• Provide technical leadership translating requirements into deliverables for teams.
• Lead risk management, issue escalation, and resolution across departments.
