Job summary

Turing is seeking an experienced technical leader to head a team of trainers developing AI training tasks. You will oversee a group of 5–10 trainers, review technical tasks for accuracy and reproducibility, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality results.

You will ensure adherence to realistic CS/EE workflows, assess algorithmic correctness, and guide improvements across problem statements, code, and evaluation tools. This role emphasizes rigorous feedback and scalable task delivery.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical experience in CS/EE or related field.
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages and Linux/terminal proficiency.
• Hands‑on expertise in parallel computing, systems programming, scientific software development, circuit simulation, signal processing, power systems, or digital hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a pod of technical trainers, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Review technical tasks end to end including problem statements, codebases, HDL, datasets, and tests.
• Validate tasks with HPC, parallel computing, compilers, OS, databases, ML systems, GPU computing, circuit design, and power systems.
