Job summary

Turing is seeking an operations leader to own end‑to‑end delivery for data programs powering frontier AI research. You will oversee multi‑stakeholder projects, coordinate hundreds of contributors, and ensure high quality and cost efficiency across the workflow.

You will serve as the primary liaison to leading AI labs, reporting progress, anticipating client needs, and driving scalable playbooks that sustain performance across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in high‑tempo environments.
• Ability to design, measure, and optimize data workflows and quality controls.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery on every project; manage scope, timeline and quality.
• Act as primary contact for researchers and program managers at frontier AI labs.
• Coordinate 100–1,000+ contributors across distributed workspaces; drive throughput and cost improvements.
• Own quality control across the annotation lifecycle and improve processes and playbooks.
• Document onboarding scripts, benchmarks, and escalation patterns for scale.
