Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI/ML Technical Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs on AI/ML technologies for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires deep technical expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and strong communication to translate complex concepts into practical learning solutions. A background in CS/DS/AI with 8+ years of training experience and cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical training, with a focus on AI/ML
• Proven experience in delivering corporate or client-facing training programs

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on AI/ML, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and related domains
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials such as course content, presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises
• Conduct instructor-led sessions (classroom/virtual) and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Assess training needs and customize programs based on business and client requirements
• Evaluate participant performance through assessments and provide actionable feedback
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML and incorporate them into training programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
• Support pre-sales and client engagements by delivering technical demonstrations and training solutions, as required
