Kodiak Gas Services in Texas seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate compressor training for operations staff, leveraging e-learning and classroom formats. You will become the subject matter expert on compressor components and drive continuous improvement of training content.

You will stay current with changing compressor tech and ESG updates, coordinate with the Operations and Training teams, and travel 50–75% to sites as needed.

Formación

• Oilfield knowledge and compressor mechanics experience.
• 5–10 years in gas compression operations.
• 5+ years as a technical trainer in gas compression.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design training classes and develop content based on input from functions.
• Stay updated with compressor tech, electrical/panel/mechanical changes.
• Subject matter expert for compressor components.
• Identify gaps and create content to address them.
• Collaborate with an instructional designer and tailor approaches.
• Research new training methods and update content accordingly.
• Collect post-training feedback and update classes.
• Create assessments to verify knowledge transfer and competency.
• Maintain training completion and grading records in the LMS.
• Maintain and manage training equipment.
• Travel required 50-75% of the time.
