Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and multiple priorities.
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills with heavy equipment experience.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical data analysis tools.
• Experience with safe work practices related to equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Support Specialists.
• Support customers by resolving complex technical issues involving Rotary Blasthole Drills.
• Gather and analyze field feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Drive corrective actions and product enhancements through CPI processes.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and Sales to implement improvements.
• Support introduction, delivery, and commissioning of new products and technologies.
• Support SAT and FAT activities for new products.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and assist with technical document reviews.
• Review and approve technical bulletins prior to release.
• Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions.
• Promote compliance with ISO standards and EH&S regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and foster safety and continuous improvement.
