Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and multiple priorities.
Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with experience supporting, diagnosing, commissioning, or maintaining heavy mobile equipment.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Support Specialists.
Resolve complex technical issues involving Rotary Blasthole Drills with Sales Area teams.
Analyze field feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
Drive corrective actions and product enhancements through CPI process.
Collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to implement improvements.
Support SAT/FAT activities and assist with technical document reviews.
