Job summary

The role involves supervising teams, providing technical advice, and managing customer service inquiries. A strong knowledge of LATICRETE products and construction practices is essential. This position includes some travel (25%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review and prepare technical documents and specifications.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical service and training.
