Exowatt is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-hire role in Miami, FL. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, mechanical, software, electrical, power systems, optical, and firmware roles, sourcing from both active and passive pipelines.

The role requires 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, deep market knowledge in Miami/Florida, and proficiency with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter. On-site five days a week with periodic travel to Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience for hardware, software, and engineering roles.
• Understanding of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale engineering talent market.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through close for hardware, software, and firmware roles.
• Build sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in hardware, energy, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, robotics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processes.
