Job summary

Veho is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to build our engineering, product, and data science talent pipeline. This full-cycle role partners with hiring managers across the company and becomes a strategic partner for technical hiring judgment.

You'll focus on building the technical bench that powers Veho's engineering, product, and data organizations as we grow. You will own the candidate experience end to end, run technical screens, coordinate case studies, and maintain clean ATS data while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, and/or data science.
• Experience recruiting in a tech startup or modern technical recruiting function.
• Experience giving hiring managers direct, actionable feedback.
• History of using data to inform recruiting decisions.
• Commitment to process hygiene and high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Ownership of recruiting pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Experience independently screening for technical depth.
• Experience integrating AI tools into recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines for engineering, product, and data science roles.
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end from outreach through offer.
• Run technical and recruiter screens to assess depth and communication.
• Build a bench of recruiting talent for future needs.
• Coordinate case studies with hiring managers and panel debriefs.
• Keep candidate tracking and documentation clean in the ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly.
