Job summary

Kalepa is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to fuel growth by owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design. You will shape processes, tools, and brand to hire top talent for years to come, across backend, infrastructure, and ML/AI roles.

You will partner with engineering leaders, own a full requisition load, and experiment with new sourcing tools to deliver top-tier candidates while strengthening Kalepa's presence in the tech and AI community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring backend, infrastructure, full-stack or ML/AI engineers.
• Partner with engineering leaders on intake and closing.
• Independent sourcer, not just inbound processing.
• Fluent in Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles from intake to close.
• Run intake with hiring managers to define scorecards and search plans.
• Build pipelines for passive, hard-to-find technical/AI talent.
• Lead offer negotiations and closing with market insight.
• Improve interview kits, scorecards, and debriefs.
• Be a strategic partner to leaders to hit hiring goals with top candidates.
• Strengthen Kalepa's employer brand in tech and AI.
