InnoForge in Los Angeles is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to own and deliver technical proposals for government contracts, translating complex engineering into compliant, compelling submissions.

You will collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, manage schedules, and develop reusable content while navigating FAR/DFARS and various procurement vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical proposal writing within aerospace, defence or advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write technical, management and past performance proposals for US government and defence customers.
• Lead responses across RFPs, RFIs, OTAs, BAAs, CSOs and SBIR opportunities.
• Analyse solicitation requirements, develop compliance matrices and ensure submissions meet relevant FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Work directly with engineering, business development and leadership teams to gather technical information.
• Manage proposal schedules, reviews and submissions across multiple opportunities.
• Develop reusable content, templates and processes to improve proposal efficiency.
