Job summary

TRC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee complex pipeline and related facility projects across multiple disciplines. The role requires coordinating ROW acquisition, engineering, permitting, procurement, and more to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include budget control, change management, scheduling, and regular client-facing reporting. The candidate should have 10–15 years of project experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Environmental Sciences or Construction Management from an accredited school or University is required.
• 10-15 years project experience is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of leading cross discipline teams.
• FERC pipeline experience is a plus
• Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) experience is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership, team building, time management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in successful execution of complex projects, acting as primary project advocate and point of communication.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including ROW acquisition, engineering, permitting, procurement and other disciplines.
• Develop project proposals including scope understanding, execution plans, estimation and on-time delivery.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, cash flows and billing in line with contract values and EAC.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestone sequencing and interdependencies.
• Ensure compliance with TRC’s Quality Control Program throughout project planning and execution.
• Capture and file all project documentation and communicate with clients and TRC management.
