You will own initiatives end to end, focusing on fast, clear workflows and intuitive visual design that impact trading performance every day.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership with traders and engineering to deliver high-velocity, high-visibility product improvements across the trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with traders to understand their daily workflows, decision-making, and trading patterns
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on high-performance GUIs
• Translate trader insights and business needs into clear product goals, priorities, and requirements
• Own initiatives end to end — from problem definition and scoping through delivery, iteration, and adoption
• Obsess over workflow efficiency, knowing that every click, keystroke, and visual element counts
• Spot opportunities to reuse common patterns and tools across desks, while knowing when it makes sense to diverge
• Communicate product direction, priorities, risks, and progress clearly across trading, engineering, and adjacent teams
• Surface dependencies and risks early — catch them before they become blockers
