Job summary

You will own project requirements, milestones, resources, and timelines, ensuring timely deployment of new products and features using Agile methods. The role demands strong analytical skills and exceptional communication in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct work experience as a Program or Project Manager using Agile.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Belvedere's Chicago headquarters (5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute software development projects with clear timelines.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses to manage project risks.
• Monitor KPIs and help the team stay focused and deliver impact.
• Define requirements, milestones, and rollout strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executives and handle upward communication.
• Set and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Direct project teams and resolve conflicts.
• Report updates and key metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support Agile methods and educate the firm on PM best practices.
